100 Days Practice Challenge Launch
One of the great strengths of the Suzuki Method is the way it encourages families to work together, with all members, young and old, supporting and encouraging each other – not only in music practice, but in all walks of life.
Where music practice is concerned, in the busy-ness of life it is all too easy to let it slip, with priority being given to other things on the daily ‘to do’ list. Not so in the Music at Heart studio! A staggering 24 members, including some parents, have pledged to make time for practising their instruments every day for 100 days in a row.
One mum writes: “Dear Heather, Ok we've done it! In fact everyone in the family has committed to 100 days practice of various kinds. So can I say well done to you Heather as we have never had this kind of joint commitment between us all before. I think it will make for an interesting journey and I am really looking forward to it.”
